Chicken marinade:
Slice chicken breast into tenders. In a bowl, add milk + a squeeze of lime juice (or use buttermilk). Add egg, hot sauce, salt, black pepper, paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix well and marinate overnight in the fridge.
Coating:
In another bowl, add all-purpose flour with salt, black pepper, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Coat the chicken in the flour mixture. (Optional: double coat for extra crispiness.)
Cook:
Deep fry until golden and crispy or air fry until fully cooked and crispy.
Hot honey sauce:
Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté minced garlic. Add sriracha, ketchup, hot sauce, and soy sauce. Mix well, then add honey at the end and stir until combined.
Finish:
Toss crispy tenders in the hot honey sauce and serve immediately.
